摘要(中) 就現今市場上的快速競爭,加上產品生命週期短暫且汰換快
速,企業逐漸重視非核心的活動-運籌管理。因應產業加速垂直整
合,能夠運用協同平台將供應鏈相互連結,上下游資源易於整合,
使企業能夠提升競爭力是現今重要議題。此外,因應客戶端的需求
加劇,由縮減成本轉而期許更多優質的服務平台;以第四方物流業
者統籌並運用網路平台架構讓眾多第三方物流業者能夠進行服務
整合,並藉由協同運作讓客戶享有最大效益。本篇架構由學術文獻
探討物流的發展過程,並探討物流外包的原因及物流業在供應鏈中
扮演的策略角色,另外分析第四方物流在經營模式上的種類及應用
還有在供應鏈整合上的角色。
最後藉由案例分析-博連資訊科技公司進而了解該公司的運籌營運
平台的發展及對客戶的益處。最後提出假說,並提出未來研究方向
的建議。
期許該論文能夠裨益企業內部運籌經理或是欲加入物流產業的
經理人。
摘要(英) As market competing fiercely and product life cycle was short and enterprise today tend to focus on non-core business function-Logistics management.Furthermore, due to supply chain vertical integration in all kinds of industry and therefore, enterprise shift from logistics management to system collaboration management and make supply chain connected, make resource utilization maximum has became an important issue. Further more, end customer expected higher value from logistics service provider not just on cost deduction. Fourth party logistics formed and integrated supply chain with net work platform then collaborated with third party logistics providers. Research format based on literature review of logistics development and strategic role that logistics provider positioned in supply chain integration. And discussed fourth party logistics business model and with empirical case study - Porlink. Inc. to map existing business model with literature review results and in the end proposition provided and hopefully this article will benefit enterprise logistics management and other potential participants who would like to enter logistics industry.
