摘要(中) 企業流程再造是從組織的根本重新思考,徹底的重新設計企業流程,以實現組織目標,獲致巨幅營運績效改善的管理方法。本研究以實證分析的方式探討企業流程再造專案成效影響之因素。研究結果顯示,組織實行企業流程再造專案時最重視「資訊部門人員參與的密集程度」、「企業流程再造的動機為經由作業標準化提高營運效能」、「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為顧問團隊是否有輔導企業流程再造的經驗」、「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為顧問團隊的溝通能力」、「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為持續提供服務(專案後服務)」、「公司評選BPR方法論與軟體工具考量因素為BPR範圍內作業流程全面電腦化後所能達到的效能」、「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為顧問團隊的專業能力」、「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為顧問公司/顧問的信譽」、「公司的資訊硬體設備的整備程度」及「公司評選BPR顧問考量因素為顧問團隊的專案管理能力 (對計劃時程、品質、預算、目標的管控能力)」等十項主要因素。另一方面,企業流程再造專案對其成效影響最顯著的前十項因素為「顧問團隊所使用的企業流程再造方法論及軟體工具」、「公司現階段因『技術與創新』所帶來的競爭優勢程度」、「公司『經營績效指標 (KPI, Key Performance Indicators) 』的完整與明確程度」、「對流程與資訊系統配適度進行分析的深入程度」、「為維持營運品質之穩定性」、「公司『應用軟體』(指管理資訊系統、ERP、工廠自動化軟體、CRM等)的整備程度」、「公司於企業流程再造專案後,流程持續改進機制維持的程度」、「顧問團隊的專業能力」、「方法論是否有助於分析出經營目標與企業流程間的相關性」、「組織情境因素在公司現階段因『品牌』所帶來的競爭優勢程度」。
摘要(英) Business Process Reengineering is the fundamental reconsider and radical redesign of the organization processes, in order to achieve drastic improvement of current performance in cost, service and speed.
This study investigated the effectiveness of business process reengineering project impact factors by empirical analysis.
