Management consulting is the provision of independent advice and assistance about the process of management to clients with management responsibilities.
This research tends to discuss the possible influence of basic ability within different level of the training of management consultant through the ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. By doing so, we can thereby conclude a common training way based on the Human Resource Management System. The result indicates that there is a prominent influence on the performance which caused by the different capabilities in different levels of management consultant. Moreover, there would have a most significant effect on the performance of the senior consultant. As to the common training way of human resource, there would be some differences under different level of training process. As a junior consultant, it would be profitable to train them by different methods, and avoid them to learning on their own, however, as a higher level consultant, they would acquire their ability by the combination of their former training and their own experience.
