摘要(英) In Taiwan, the hardware OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is the leading player of information industry. These companies move to other countries of Southeast Asia in recently years due to Taiwan’s labor cost became expensive, that would increase unemployment rate and the economic grow slow down. In the past, there were many papers discuss about the issues of entrepreneurs helping economic grow of the nation, and there were some papers support those statement. We think those entrepreneurs had to get some success before they support the economics of a nation, so we want discover some personality traits of entrepreneurs that would affect their successful opportunities. We will use those personality traits to construct a model, which could measure the entrepreneurial potential of anyone that wants to become an entrepreneur.
In the literatures review, we found entrepreneur’s personality traits seem to be one of the entrepreneur successful KSFs. We inferred that it maybe the cognition of social capital and bisociative thinking capability would affect the opportunities of entrepreneur success, so we include those variables to our research. This research included two phase, we interviewed the successful entrepreneur by semi-structured interview method in first phase, tried to know social capital and bisociative thinking which how to help them overcome problems during entrepreneurial process, to confirmed whether they hold those personality traits by questionnaire survey, and the result were used as the basis of next phase. In the second stage, the variables of
cognition of social capital and bisociative thinking that confirmed in first phase were added the entrepreneurial orientation model provided by Thomas & Mueller (2001), and we extended our questionnaire to MBA student to probe the relation between social capital, bisociative thinking and entrepreneurial orientation. The results indicated there were significant relations between cognition of social capital, bisociative thinking and the variables in the entrepreneurial orientation model. And we also found cognition of social capital would positive affect bisociative thinking capability. The limitations of the study, the other study related this research and suggestion for future study will state in latter contents.
