摘要(英) With the advanced development of technology, the entrepreneurial entry barrier had been declined, which caused the entrepreneurial activities more prosperous. Although previous scholars had paid much attentions on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, there is still no consensus for the key factors influencing entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. This study investigated the effect of prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness, social network on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and the relationship between entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance. Furthermore, this study also examined the moderating effect among prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness, social network and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition by gender, education level, years of professional working experiences, industrial difference and enterprise scale.
Collecting 220 samples in total by using physical and internet questionnaire methods, the analysis upon 210 usable responses using structural equation modeling shows that the measurement model has good reliability and validity. The empirical results of structural model show that (1) prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness, social network have significant and positive influence on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition (2) entrepreneurial opportunity recognition has also significant and positive influence on entrepreneurial performance (3) gender and industrial difference have negative moderating effect on the relationship between prior knowledge and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition , and enterprise scale has positive moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition .
