dc.description.abstract隨著溫室氣體與全球暖化問題,各地之氣候變遷、異常,全世界各地均面臨更頻繁與嚴峻之災害考驗,亦開始思考節能減碳之作為,並以減緩全球暖化為發展趨勢。如何將營建產業轉型升級導向為「低碳」或高經濟價值之綠產業,將是國家發展基礎建設前的重要議題。現階段除了於規劃設計時依循綠建築評估指標外,若能在後續施工階段延續低碳思維與永續思考,將有助於落實國家節能減碳與綠色內涵之政策。 本研究主要參考世界各國現行綠建築評鑑標章制度及工程施工階段節能減碳相關政策及研究,並經由產、學兩方面專家驗證,建立一套適合建築工地標章制度評估指標,其中包含「工地省水減碳」、「工地省電減碳」、「工地減廢減碳」、「工地綠化減碳」、「營建機具減碳」、「車輛運輸減碳」六大指標及五十六項評估項目。透過「九尺度態度量表專家問卷」集合各產、學兩方面專家之群體意見,探討各項評估項目之減碳效益程度,最後透過案例驗證提出初步合格標準,期望由本研究所提出之評估指標對建築工程施工之永續發展有所貢獻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDue to the problems of global warming and climate change, countries all over the world are facing abnormal weather conditions that result in more frequent and severe tests of the disasters. It becomes a global common effort for all the countries to reduce the carbon emission and then to slow down the trend of global warming. As part of the society, the construction industry also should looks for ways to reduce the carbon emission in the process of building construction projects. This study develops an appraisal system for evaluating low-carbon construction sites for building projects. There are six items in the system, namely the “water reduction”, the “electricity reduction”, the “wastes reduction”, the “plantings to reduce”, the “construction equipment reduction”, and the “transportation reduction.” Each item includes several evaluation sub-items. These items and sub-items are obtained by conduction literature reviews and expert interviews. The systems are then tested on construction sites of three building projects. The initial results show the soundness of the system to evaluate the low-carbon emission of construction sites for building projects. With the system, carbon emission of construction job sites for building projects can be reduced.en_US
