dc.description.abstract伺服器產業隨著全球資訊與通訊產業需求擴大,經營環境愈來愈嚴峻,為了適應快速變遷的市場趨勢,需要藉由資訊科技及更好的專案管理工具,才能以更有彈性與效率的方式來管理越來越複雜的專案管理工作。本研究以國內某伺服器代工公司為研究對象,採用個案研究法探討個案公司產品專案管理系統之功能模組及整體系統架構,分析規劃過程中所遭遇問題以及預期導入效益,藉由專案管理知識體系 (Project Management Body Of Knowledge, PMBOK) 方法,將產品專案管理流程與九大知識領域融合在一起,並利用IBM公司所發展之企業系統規劃 (Business System Process, BSP) 方法進行產品專案管理系統整體架構規劃。 研究結果發現,個案公司產品專案系統模組架構可分為專案管理、產品管理、試產管理、文件與報告管理及系統管理等五個主要子系統模組,另外,考量個案公司目前營運模式及現有網路硬體設施,建議在總部建置一套伺服器主機,滿足資料即時性及正確性的需求,而在軟體架構的部份,以三層式 (3-Tier) 架構為核心及調整使用者介面方式取代直接開發App程式來符合平板電腦的觸控操作模式。根據訪談結果,個案公司導入專案管理系統後之預期效益,可顯現在管理、組織,客戶等三大構面,除此本研究發現使用者習慣的改變是新系統上線最大的阻力,建議企業可藉由主管的支持及透過有效的溝通方式,提昇使用者使用的意願。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAlong with global demand increasing of the Information and Communication Industries, the business environment of Server Industry becomes more difficulties and challenges. In order to adapt rapidly changing business environment, an enterprise must rely on IT tools and find a way with more flexibility and efficiency to manage their projects which are getting more and more complicated and extensive. In this study, a server ODM manufacture in Taiwan is as a case company. The purpose is to understand the appropriate architecture of a new project management system, explore the issues which are encountered, and analyze the benefits generated by new project management system which will be implemented in the future. This research uses the approaching of PMBOK (Project Management Body Of Knowledge) to integrate the project management process by nine knowledge areas and also used the BSP (Business System Planning) method developed by IBM for the system analyses to come out new system architecture appropriately. Results from this study indicated that the appropriate architecture of new product project system will have four modules, including Project Management, Product Management, Pilot Run Management, and Document & Report Management modules. In addition, to consider its business model and real time mechanism, will only set up one system in headquarter with 3-Tier software architecture instead of deploying to worldwide sites. After interview, there will three key benefits emerged from management, organization and customer for system successful implementation in the future. Finally, this study aims to provide a future reference for evaluations of a project management system in other companies.en_US
