| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis uses stakeholders from the policy point of view for Administration of Hakka affairs Exam Policy implementation extensive collection of basic understanding of this policy. this thesis uses qualitative depth interviews manner, Hakka Affairs depth interviews with local authority officers, experts and scholars as well as candidates for in-depth interviews and analysis of the parties exchange views on the whole to expect to be able to make a smooth and successful implementation of policies.
