dc.description.abstract本論文利用Anderson模型來研究五個串接耦合量子點的系統,並利用凱帝旭格林函數來計算系統的電流,進而算出多體理論線性響應區下系統的電導、Seebeck coefficient、Power factor,透過理論模擬出量子點size fluctuation與position fluctuation以及電極與量子點間tunneling rate對Power factor的影響。我們透過調變鄰近量子點的能階來觀察系統的行為發現long distance coherent tunneling的現象。最後討論系統量子點的數量對熱電係數的效應。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe thermoelectric properties of coupled five quantum dots (QDs) connected to metallic electrodes are theoretically studied by using the multi-levels of Anderson model. For simplicity, the electrical conductance, Seebeck coefficient and power factor of multiple QDs junction system are calculated in the absence of electron Coulomb interactions. The effects of QD size and position fluctuation on the thermoelectric properties of QD junction system are discussed and analyzed on the basis of long distance coherent tunneling. The thermoelectric behavior of five QDs is similar to that of N=3 in a certain condition.en_US
