dc.description.abstract本研究延續實驗室多併環噻吩開發,引入長碳鏈於併環噻吩主體,在分子末端分別引入 dicyanomethylene 基團,改變分子整體共振結構,開發出具有溶解度的 n-type 材料,醌型多併環噻吩有機化合物 TCN-DTTQR(1)、TCN-TTAQbR(2)、TCN-DTTAQRR’(3)、TCN-DTTQR’(4)。利用 UV-vis 和 DPV 探討分子的 HOMO 與 LUMO 能階;藉由 TGA 和 DSC 探討分子的熱穩定性。目前,有機化合物 TCN-DTTQR(1) 以溶液製程製成元件,具有 n-type 場效性質,載子移動率為 0.17 cm2/Vs;其餘的半導體材料則仍在待測中。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractFour soluble and highly stable poly fused thiophene (DTT and TTA) -cored quinoidal materials have been developed for organic thin film transistors (OTFT). All of the four compounds show low LUMO energy level (<-4.1 eV) and thus are potentially air stable n-type OSC. The OTFT devices are fabricated by Polyera Corporation via solution process. TCN-DTTQR (1) shows n-channal mobility of 0.17 cm2/Vs under ambient conditions. The OTFTs studies of the rest of the compounds are in progress.en_US
