dc.description.abstract本論文提出一個『新型光電生化感測器之分析與研究』之研究,透過衰減全反射、表面電漿共振技術、共光程外差干涉術的原理來測量待測液體的折射率,並比較不同波長的入射光對靈敏度與解析度的影響。 本論文採用的感測器材質為BK-7的多邊形稜鏡(其折射率為1.51509),待測液體採用不同濃度的酒精。藉由電光調變器產生外差光源,我們將此外差光源入射到多邊形稜鏡中取得的s偏振光與p偏振光之強度與相位差值即可以得到待測液體之相關參數。 『結合表面電漿共振技術及外差干涉術之光電生化感測器』,此一感測器具有(1)高精確度、(2)高穩定性、(3)組裝與校正容易、(4)方便操作與控制、(5)成本低、(6)可即時量測等優點,並且用途相當廣泛。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, an Analysis and study on a New-type Electro-optical biosensor is proposed. The refractive index of the liquid can be used to measure the biosensor. The biosensor is designed as the polygon prism that is made of BK-7 glass with the refractive index of 1.51509.We used different concentrations of alcohol as a sample. As a heterodyne optical source is launched into the biosensor, the intensity and phase difference between s-and p-polarizations can be obtained. According to Fresnel’s equations and some numerical calculations, the related parameters of the test medium can be obtained. The biosensor has some merits, e.g., a simple optical setup, easy operation, high measurement accuracy, high resolution, high sensitivity, and in real time, etc.en_US
