dc.description.abstract中國,已從過去招商引資中改變,以往需要藉外資的資金與技術優勢來改善中國國內企業內在體質,現今需要經濟轉型與產業升級,不再需要勞力密集的產業進入,需要知識與技術提升的產業,正符合中國十二五計畫內容。 在本篇論文中,藉由筆者公司前往大陸設廠起步和經營策略探討來闡述,內容分為公司設廠起步階段、公司成長階段、公司茁壯階段,使用波特Porter(1980)的五力分析,Humphrey (1960)的SWOT分析及關鍵成功因素(key success factors, KSF)來為企業檢視評估每一階段的成效,在起步初期階段中,個案公司以本身獨特專利技術與優質售後服務快速建立華東據點,在第二階段公司成長期中,公司為了要有更多的市場份額,於是積極獲得下單公司認可,同時更強化公司制度與積極培養人才準備公司下一階段成長,第三階段為公司茁壯期,公司感受到不沾塗料市場已趨向成熟產業,且未來中國政府對於環境保護法更為嚴峻,因此,更積極利用以往累積的經驗與技術橫向拓展相關產業,以利公司長遠發展。 為了因應中國產業環境的變化,個案公司在每一階段調整公司不同層級策略,以達成公司階段目標,隨著人才培養的增加,公司面臨到同行挖腳的問題,優秀的人才,往往就成為潛在競爭對手,為此,公司不斷完善公司制度提高公司福利待遇,雖然已有減緩趨勢,但是仍為潛在威脅之一。 公司在中國將近10年的時間,歷經兩次國際金融風暴,在此期間公司業績仍然持續上升,將這些經驗累積整理於本論文中,以期對未來有意前往中國投資的公司有所貢獻,更期待對公司未來發展藍圖有所幫助。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractToday, China is changing its development policy from investment incentives of foreign to attract advanced technology of overseas. In order to upgrade the industry for economic transition, the China government would like to instead of labor-intensive industry to technology-intensive industry, which means they don’t need highly dependent on labor industry. They are eager for advanced technology industry to improve existing ones. This policy is totally complying with the Twelfth Five-year Plan of China. In this thesis, the writer introduce the strategic plan of the operation in each stage, factory set-up, performance growing and industrial mature, of the company based on the Porter (1980) Five Forces analysis,Humphrey (1960s) SWOT analysis and critical success factors (key success factors environmental Change, the KSF) to review the performance of company. At the first factory set-up stage, the company quickly set up factory at east of Great China based on its unique patented technology and know-how of nonstick coating business. At second stage, the company needs to increase the market share and be recognized by place-order company. Meanwhile, the company also needs to improve the operation system, control system, employee training and promoting system for next stage. At the third stage, the market of nonstick coating is toward to mature and the China government announces more serious of Environmental Protection Law in the future. Therefore, the company need to horizontal expansion based on the accumulated experience and technology. This strategy is benefit for the long-term development of the company. In this case, the company changes strategy at each stage to achieve the commitment by evaluating Industrial environment and its own advantages. Although the company improves the better welfare and salary system, the poaching of competitor still is the one potential threaten. The case company has almost ten years running-business experience in China. We smooth pass the two global economic crisis. And during these two crisis, the performance still increase without huge suffer. In this thesis, the writer accumulated the successful experience in it. As a reference of successful experience, not only for the company who willing to invest China but also be the direction of the case company.en_US
