dc.description.abstract | This study analyzes the characteristics of the Taiwan connector industry, its trends and key success factors (KSF). The case research method is utilized based on industry life cycle theory and analyses of the industry matrix, five forces, and value chain. The following suggestions are proposed for business building strategies in the Taiwan connector industry: establish headquarters in the United States and European marketing center, set up precise product development and production plants in Japan, and investigate high-frequency connector and cable technology. | en_US |
