dc.description.abstract | 近年TFT-LCD(薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器)市場供需及競爭情勢急遽變化,韓國的強勢競爭、大陸本土產業的崛起、發展資金的彈盡援絕,都讓台灣面板經營雪上加霜。面對此一嚴峻的情勢,如何善用台系面板產業完整的供應鏈、和成熟的技術來創造差異化的高價值新產品,是所有面板產業供應鏈成員要思考的競爭策略。
由於偏光片在應用上主要是做為液晶顯示器系統之光學材料與物件,對於面板開始走向高對比、高彩域規格的色彩呈現有關鍵性影響,若能同步參與新產品的設計與技術開發工作,在縮短產品開發、快速反應市場需求都有顯著的效益。
有鑑於此,本研究運用DCOR(Design Chain Operations Reference Model)的流程設計,建構出符合偏光片產業的模型,透過模型定義供應商、客戶及個案公司在DCOR架構下新產品開發分屬何種流程,並針對個案公司建置出偏光片新產品開發作業流程的四個層級參考模型及執行活動,以強化原先流程,使其更加完備,作為後續該產業設計鏈的經營標準與方式。

dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the market supply and demand , competitive situation of TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor- Liquid Crystal Display)change drastically. Strong competition from Korea and China, development fund shortage, all make the Taiwan panel industry business development worse. All of panel suppliers need to think about how to make good use of the complete supply chain and mature technology to create the high-valued new products.
Polarizer film is used as an optical material and object of LCD system and has a critical influence on high contrast ratio panel. If all suppliers could use collaborative design on new products development, it has significant benefits on shortening the product listing cycle and responding the demand of market rapidly.
In this study, we use DCOR (Design Chain Operations Reference Model) to construct the model of the polarizer industry and define the responsible process for suppliers, customers and the case company when developing new products. Set up four level reference model of the polarizer film new product development processes and strengthen the original process to make it more complete. Let those indexes become the industry management standard.
