dc.description.abstract在現今半導體的演進下,電路的尺寸也越來越小,故製程上的變動會導致元件上產生不匹配,如果再計算導線上的不匹配,那麼電路上的寄生效應就會變得十分複雜,而類比元件和電路間的關聯性就成為了設計電路的一大難處。因此電路的自動化在設計中成為了不可或缺的一部分,不僅可以為我們加強對整體電路的認識,也可以在複雜的電路中找出必要的訊息,更可以把運算速度提升到人腦不可及的地步,故可靠的自動化設計,將可以成為我們設計效率的重要關鍵。 本論文中,針對這樣的問題,首先定義串聯電阻陣列的單一元件,方塊電阻,在其設計下可以增進原本條形電阻的元件匹配程度,而在此種元件的設定下,還能讓所有的佈局空間來進行繞線,使在佈局的空間利用程度提高,且在單一軌道繞線法下,電阻間連接線的匹配更是可以保證的。在這之後排序單元的設置,更可以在嚴苛的限制下更進一步的找出適當的繞線規則,進而使得面積更小而不影響其匹配性和平衡的程度。而完成使用者介面則是為了要提供設計者們更好用的工具,工欲善其事,必先利其器。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the current evolution of semiconductors, circuit size is getting smaller and smaller, so the change process will result in a mismatch on the element. If we take the mismatch of wire into consideration, the parasitic effects on the circuit become very complex. Then, the relevance between analog components and circuits will become a major difficulty of circuit design. Circuit design automation therefore becomes an integral part, which not only can enhance our understanding of the whole circuit, but also can be helpful to find the necessary information in complicated circuit. It speedups the operation to the point where the human brain can’t be and therefore reliable automated design can be an important key to our design efficiency. For such problems, first of all we define a single series resistor element and square resistors. In its design, elements can enhance the degree of matching quality. And in the setting of such elements, we can use all of the layout space for wiring, so the spatial distribution of the degree of utilization is improved. But in one track routing method, resistance matching between interconnects is guaranteed. After that setting the reorder unit may further identify the appropriate routing rule under severe restrictions, thus making the area less without affecting the degree of matching and balanced. At the end, the completed GUI is a better tool for designers. After all, you can′t make bricks without straw. en_US
