| dc.description.abstract | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病是不可逆的肺部疾病，在我國的十大死因中排名第七，在治療上進入到中期開始就會建議使用吸入式類固醇來醫治，茶鹼也是病患的建議服用藥物之一。在我國的慢性阻塞性肺疾病病患的藥物使用中佔有最高的比例，此藥物對眼睛的影響目前尚未有明確的結果。白內障、青光眼、黃斑部病變都是常見之眼睛疾病。白內障影響了許多老年人的眼睛造成他們視力上的傷害影響深遠，而截至目前為止文獻對於吸入式類固醇的使用與罹患白內障的風險看法不一致；青光眼則是造成失明的一大主因，而吸入式類固醇對其影響目前的研究不多且缺乏大型的資料庫研究。黃斑部病變亦為好發於年長者，若輕忽則亦會造成失明。本研究中採用回顧性巢式病例對照設計。尋找慢性阻塞性肺部疾病的患者在使用吸入糖皮質激素/茶鹼與不同藥物組合後與眼睛疾病之間的關係。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is an irreversible lung disease. The leading cause of death ranked seventh in Taiwan. According to COPD guideline when patient enter into the third stage. They recommend using inhaled corticosteroids to heal, theophylline is also recommended that patients taking one of the medicines. Theophylline occupies the highest proportion of drug use in Taiwan. The effect of theophylline on eyes doesn’t have clearly results yet. Cataracts, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration are all common eye diseases on elder. Cataract affects a lot of elder patients’ eyes and hurt a profound impact on their vision, however the published literature for inhaled corticosteroids using and the risk of cataracts is inconsistent until now. Glaucoma is the major culprit of cause blindness, and inhaled corticosteroids impacts on glaucoma in the current research is sparse and lacking large database research. Age-related macular degeneration is also a common eye disease in elder patients. Age-related macular degeneration will also cause blindness. This study is using retrospective nested case control to design. Searching the relation of eye diseases after using inhaled corticosteroids /theophylline with different drug combination among chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. | en_US |
