dc.description.abstract本論文研究合成一系列間位四咔唑二苯胺(Bis(3,5-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)amine, CzPA)衍生物,以開發藍色或綠色有機發光二極體主體材料為目標,將CzPA單體與不同拉電子基團(oxdiazole、benzoimidazole、diphenylphenanthroimidazole)組成雙極性主體材料CzPA-2OXD、CzPA-2P-OXD、CzPA-2P-PPI、CzPA-2P-PBI、CzPA-3P-PBI,以及將CzPA單體與N-phenylnaphthlen組成形成傳電洞性主體材料CzPA-NPD、CzPA-2P-NPD、CzPA-3P-NPD。所得之主體材料被應用於綠色或藍色磷光OLED元件製作。其中以CzPA-2OXD為主體材料製作單層濕式製程之綠色元件之電流效率最大可以達到6.9 cd/A,最大功率效率為1.5 lm/W,其電激發光光譜最大放光峰為514 nm。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this dissertation, we designed and synthesized a series of bis(3,5-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)amine (CzPA) derivatives as the host materials for the application of green and blue phosphorscence organic light-emittung diodes. In general, the molecular design of host material was introduced the -spacer between the electron-donating (D) and electron-withdrawing (A) moieties to achieve highly efficient PhOLEDs. We designed several “D--A” host materials (CzPA-2OXD, CzPA-2P-OXD, CzPA-2P-PPI, CzPA-2P-PBI and CzPA-3P-PBI), comprising of -spacer linking CzPA (donor) and N-phenylbenzimidazole/1,3,4-oxadiazole/ diphenylphenanthroimidazole (acceptor). We also designed several host materials of hole transporting type molecules (CzPA-NPD, CzPA-2P-NPD and CzPA-3P-NPD), comprising of different -spacer linking CzPA and N-phenylnaphthlen (NPD). The results showed that the CzPA-2OXD host with a green phosphor Ir(ppy)3 gave a maximum current efficiency (c) of 6.9 cd/A and power efficiency (p) of 1.5 lm/W.en_US
