dc.description.abstract | Optical plastic lenses are widely used in various electronic products, whose strength and light weight enabling to make mass production in mold injection molding. In the molding process, molds have played an important role. As higher precision is required, optical lenses are increasingly difficult in getting their substantial improvement in the manufacturing and molding processes. Moreover, there are no fixed design patterns. This study is to use the entity optical plastic lenses to illustrate the differences in design between optical components and general products.
