本研究旨在探討台灣的空壓機產業，在面臨產業和產品都已進入成熟期，又遭逢大陸低價產品的競爭，對企業所帶來的衝擊，企業如何運用產品區隔及本身的優勢在這嚴峻的競爭中屹立不搖。在此利用五力分析把空壓機產業作一個現況的產業環境分析，並將個案公司的現行執行策略、優劣勢、機會及威脅與產業的五力分析結果作一比較檢視，找出新的營運策略提供個案公司執行，以期個案公司在新的競爭環境中脫穎而出。

This study investigates how a company in the air compressor industry, which is in the stage of maturity and facing fierce competition from low-priced Chinese products, utilizes product segmentation and its own competitive advantage to weather difficulties. Porter’s five forces analysis is used to examine the environment of the compressor industry and SWOT analysis is applied to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the case company. The following final suggestions are proposed: choose outstanding partners for cooperation, share resources with partners, provide consulting and testing services as well as equipment leasing to clients.
