dc.description.abstract | 本文探討處於生命週期衰退期的手機按鍵產業如何成功轉型,根據產品生命週期與學習型組織理論,行銷策略分析、態勢分析以及五力分析等深入探討後,建議採用如下策略:掌握環境變化訊息以快速回應市場需求、上下游垂直整合、主動學習提升產品附加價值、尋求業界合作機會、提升行銷能力、調整商業模式以及組織變革等。

dc.description.abstract | This study examines how a company in an industry in the declining stage of its product life cycle could implement a successful transformation strategy to get itself out of difficulty. Based on the theory of product life cycle and learning organization as well as analyses of marketing strategy, SWOT, and Porter’s five forces, the following strategies are suggested: a fast-growing response to the market with information on environmental changes, vertical integration, added value creation of products by aggressive learning, collaboration with rivals, enhancement of marketing capability, adjustment of business models and organization change.
