| dc.description.abstract | 在職工作者在知識爆炸的年代，為快速且系統化的提高自己的能力。選擇重返校園充實知識增加專業技能，碩士在職進修已成為在職者眾多進修管道之一。本文旨在探討在職碩士班學生學習成效對工作滿意度及留職意願的影響。研究對象以北部地區大學在職專班學生共208人為研究對象，釐清學習成效及組織承諾以工作滿意度為中介對留職意願之影響關係。資料處理採階層迴歸分析、單因子變異數分析。經研究發現在職進修碩士班學生學習成效及組織承諾對留職意願具有些微影響。研究結果可做為在職者未來進修學習規劃、各大學碩士在職專班教學經營及企業提供員工進修的參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In order to deal with global competition, more and more people chose to return to school to enhance their skills and knowledge. Graduate schools also offer part-time programs for working people to meet their needs. This research is about the influence of learning effect and Organized Influence on those part-time graduate students. 208 part-time students in the north of Taiwan are participants to clarify their learning effect on job satisfaction and Retention Intentions. The analysis tools are multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA. The result shows that learning effect has not very positive effect on those students’ job satisfaction and Retention Intentions. The demographic variables have different influences on learning effect and job satisfaction. The research results can be a reference for the working people to plan their future study, for the universities and colleges to operate their part-time graduate programs, and for enterprises to train their staff. | en_US |
