dc.description.abstract摘要 人力資源管理是組織重要資源,尤其在競爭激烈的金融業資訊服務部門,人力資源管理的決策正確與否,影響組織績效甚為顯著,因此本研究以個案研究方法來探討,中小型銀行資訊服務部門的人力資源政策,研究發現在現今的人力資源決策,並非一成不變就能因應,需要更具彈性且公平的決策過程,及正確的績效考核及績效評估方式,才能提振團隊士氣,降低員工流動率,對組織能有更明確的貢獻。 關鍵字:人力資源管理、資訊服務部門、績效考核、績效評估、個案研究 zh_TW
