dc.description.abstract消費性電子產品已經進入量少多樣的階段。並且產品已臻相當成熟的程度,所以消費者也不再願意於消費性電子產品投入過多的花費。造成整個產業在終端品牌廠的壓力下,掀起一波降價價格戰。加上中國製造業抬頭,中國當地中小型企業挾帶著低管銷的優勢,將價格戰帶往高峰。因此,經營人若希望得以永續經營,除了思索如何提高良率,節約成本外,務必思考如何進行產業轉型。 然而產業轉型絕非易事,必須經過審慎的評估,透過多方面的在網際網路上蒐集產業資訊並進行市場調查,來替決策者先選定多數個可行的轉投資方案,接下來進行決策分析,進而得出最有優勢的轉型投資決策建議。 諸多決策方法中,依照本次研究主體的背景,最後選定決策分析方法中的偏好矩陣分析方法,替企業經營人做決策分析。最後得出一個在多個決策因子比較下,最符合企業經營人主觀偏好的轉型投資選項。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractConsumer electronics products have entered a phase of little and varied. And the product is already quite mature, so consumers are no longer willing to spend too much on consumer electronics. Caused the whole industry under the pressure of the terminal brand factory, set off a wave of price cuts and price wars. With the rise of China′s manufacturing industry, local small and medium-sized enterprises in China have taken advantage of low sales to bring the price war to a peak. Therefore, if business operators want to be able to sustainable development for a long time, they should think about how to increase the yield and save costs. However, industrial transformation is not an easy task. It must be under carefully evaluated, and through multiple aspects of gathering information on the Internet and conducting market research, finding the most feasible alternative investment plan for the decision maker, and then make a decision analysis. Eventually, come out the most advantage of transformation investment advice. According to the background of this research subject, the preference matrix analysis method was chosen among these many decision-making methods. After that, a transition investment option that is more in line with the subjective preferences of the business operators is obtained by comparing with multiple decision factors.en_US
