dc.description.abstract面對知識經濟時代的來臨,組織面臨競爭環境快速的變動,組織為了能持續維持競爭力,一從外部獲得新知識,另一則是發展出新知識。IC封測是半導體產業的後段製程,後段製程是依客戶之要求進行封裝生產及測試程序。知識移轉為組織間分享、傳遞知識的一種過程,若能成功將知識從某一方移轉至另一方且接收者能有效吸收時,方為成功的知識移轉,進而為組織帶來競爭力。 本研究採組織間文化差異程度、組織文化、知識接收者個體和知識特性與溝通管道,探討半導體組織間知識移轉因素,研究目的分為以下兩點: 一、 探討影響半導體產業知識移轉的影響因素。 二、 建立影響知識轉移模型。 本研究整理知識相關文獻衍生建構本研究的研究工具並針對A公司間接人員為研究對象,利用問卷調查法總共收集到92份有效樣本,量化研究採用SAS 9.4版本做問卷統計分析。分析結論如下: 一、 在知識轉移模型中,知識特性與溝通管道為達到0.0003的顯著水準(P=0.05),在本研究四大構面因素,惟一有達到0.05 的顯著水準;顯示在個案公司中,個體在知識移轉的行為上,確實會收到知識特性與溝通管道因素影響,即知識的難易程度、內隱或外顯、模糊與否,皆會影響個體在知識移轉的行為。 二、 知識特性及溝通管道對不同的單位影響程度相異;當越需要掌握知識特性,則對於知識特性的影響效果較明顯,而當越需要溝通管道,其對於溝通管道的影響也較明顯。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWhen knowledge economy coming, enterprises are facing rapid changes in the competitive environment. The organization in order to continue to remain competitive, one is gain new knowledge from outside , the other is to develop new knowledge. IC packaging and testing is back-end processes in semiconductor industry, and process production according to customer requirements. Knowledge transfer as a process of knowledge sharing and delivering between enterprises. If knowledge can from one party to the other party and the recipient can effectively application, it is a successful knowledge transfer, and thus the competitiveness of enterprises. In this research, the difference between organizational cultures, organizational culture, knowledge receivers personal factors, knowledge characteristics and communication channels to discuss factors of knowledge transfer in semiconductor industry. The purpose of this research are as following: The results of the research are as follows: 1. To investigate the factors of knowledge transfer in the semiconductor industry. 2. Establish knowledge transfer model. This research collected 92 effective samples from indirect staff of A company. Using SAS 9.4 version researched statistical analysis. Analysis results are as follows: 1. Knowledge characteristics and communication channels reach 0.0003 a significant level (P = 0.05) in the knowledge transfer model and only there is a significant level of 0.05 in this research. This may imply that knowledge characteristics and communication channels will influence knowledge transfer process, namely the degree of difficulty of knowledge, implicit or explicit, fuzzy or not, will influence the process. 2. Knowledge characteristics and communication channels have degree different of influence to different department. That is mean the effect is more obvious when more need Knowledge characteristics and communication channels.en_US
