dc.description.abstract | 本篇論文討論的鐵基超導材料LaOFeAs1-xPx ( x =0.4,0.44,0.48),是以不同比例的磷原子摻雜於無超導性的材料LaOFeAs中而構成。我們研究其晶體結構,磁性行為,磁有序參數,磁結構以及超導的研究。以固態反應法製備樣品,並以中子繞射儀判定其結構。
隨磷摻雜比例的提升,磁化強度也會變大,而x = 0.48相較其它的樣品有着較大的磁化強度,x = 0.4則相較其它的樣品有着較小的磁化強度約為10-5 emu/g。從磁化曲線能夠初步判斷x =0.4,0.44,0.48皆有着鐵磁的磁有序特性,接著再以中子繞射譜圖,擬合磁結構模型,確定樣品的磁性及磁矩方向。最後由磁化曲線得知樣品的超導溫度。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | We study iron-base superconductor material LaOFeAs1-xPx ( x =0.4,0.44,0.48). This material is composed of different fraction phosphorus and LaOFeAs which is not superconductor material. Crystal structure is tetragonal, space group is P4/nmm and it is layer structure which composed of La2O2 and Fe2As2. Sample is made by soild reaction and magnetic behavior, neutron diffraction, orderparameter, magnetic structure are stuied.
Magnetization of x = 0.48 which is the largest value is 0.17 (emu/g) and x = 0.4 has the most small magnetization (~10-5 emu/g) . Magnetic structures for three samples are ferromagnetic arrangement, and magnetic moment direction are [111]determined by GSAS. Moment for x =0.4,0.44,0.48 are respectly 0.71(1)μB, 0.55(8) μB, 0.01μB . Superconductor temperature of x =0.44,0.48 are respectly 8 K and 10.4 K. | en_US |
