| dc.description.abstract | 本研究是使用游標卡尺來測量金屬手機背殼 ，並且使用不同的量測方式，將量測到的數據，利用品質管理上評估製程能力非常重要的三個指標，即Ck值(Capability of Accuracy)、Cp值(Capability of Precision)和Cpk值(Capability of Process)，Ck代表製程的準確度，Cp代表製程的精密度， Cpk則是綜合製程能力指數，透過以上這些指標，找出這項製程的標準差，去分析這項製程的實用性，以及作為後續開發的參考 | zh_TW |
