dc.description.abstract有機無機混合之鈣鈦礦材料被認為是最有可能之下世代的太陽能電池材料,而鈣鈦礦材料的結晶大小及覆蓋率對於元件的效能會有相當大的影響,本研究結合簡單、低成本及高產出的超音波噴塗技術(ultrasonic spray-coating)來製備有機無機混合之鈣鈦礦材料(perovskite materials)作為主動層,並製作於經過蝕刻及利用旋轉塗佈法塗佈PEDOT:PSS之ITO 玻璃基材之上,再利用真空蒸鍍C60及BCP分別作為電子傳輸層及電子萃取層,最後再利用熱蒸鍍銀作為電極,以製作照光面積為10 mm2的鈣鈦礦太陽能電池元件。利用不同的溶劑比例、前驅物之比例及熱退火的溫度、時間來處理此鈣鈦礦太陽能電池之主動層,以探討此些條件對於元件的效能及表面形貌之影響。經由選用最佳化參數所製作之元件,最高效率之元件可以達到光電轉換效率為11.3 %,開環電壓0.78 V,短路電流為19.7 mA cm-2,填充因子為73.6 %,且藉由分光光譜儀測得外部量子效率達到80 %。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOrganic-inorganic perovskites have emerged as one of the most promising materials for next-generation photovoltaics. The grain size and coverage of ac-tive perovskite light absorber is crucially important. Herein we combine a simple, high throughput and low-cost ultrasonic spray coating process which can be compatible with the roll to roll fabrication process for the large scale production and mixing solvents method to fabricate the planar hetero-junction perovskite solar cell, with a device architecture ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CH3NH3PbI3/C60/BCP. By manipulating the stoichiometry and total concentration of precursors, mixing solvent ratio, post-annealing temperature and spray deposition parameters to optimize the perovskite active layer, the devices containing large grain size show the highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 11.3 %, short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 19.7 mA cm-2, fill factor (FF) of 73.6 % and open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.78 V.en_US
