dc.description.abstract本論文透過有限元素分析軟體Deform-2D進行 U型引伸彎曲成形模擬分析,以期獲得底部成形角度Ѳ_1與頂部成形角度Ѳ_2達到90度的最佳化参數條件。本文所探討影響品質因子項目包含沖頭間隙(簡稱C)、沖頭R角(簡稱PR)、下模R角(簡稱DR)與壓料板力量(簡稱BH)四個因子對成形角度Ѳ_1與Ѳ_2的影響。實驗設計利用適合建構二階反應曲面之Box-BehnKen與中央合成實驗設計法,並採用4因子3水準的設計,分別建立25組模擬結果,再以統計軟體Minitab依Deform-2D的結果進行回歸分析,以建立U型引伸彎曲成形角度Ѳ_1與Ѳ_2的預測數學模型,依此獲得最佳化的因子参數條件,進而利用效應分析探討各因子對於各成形角度的影響。本文所建立之U型引伸彎曲成形角度Ѳ_1與Ѳ_2的最佳化的因子参數條件以Deform-2D進行模擬驗證,其結果與預測模型具有相當的準確度。另以兩種實驗設計法所獲得的最佳化條件互換帶入到本文中不同實驗設計法的預測模型中,其預測的結果兩者非常接近,依此可以證明預測模型具有相當的準確度。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, an ideal FE model of U sharp forming is developed under the Deform-2D software. By this model, the main propose of this paper getting the optimum of forming bottom angle Ѳ_1 as well as top angle Ѳ_2 could be achieved with 90 degree. In order to reach the purpose above mention, the response surface methodology (RSM) based on the Box-Behnken design (BBD) as well as central composite design(CCD) of experiments with four factors will be implemented to plan all simulation. Those four factors are clearance between punch and die (abbreviated to C)、Punch round (abbreviated to PR) 、die round (abbreviated to DR) and blank holder force (abbreviated to BH). There are 25 sets of simulation is built for each design of experiment (DOE). The Minitab software is used to calculate the predicted equations by using the both of design of experiment result. By doing so, it’s expected to find the optimum design that fulfills the requirement of Ѳ_1 and Ѳ_2. Another simulation is implemented based on the result of optimization from the both of RSM and the result is very close. The optimum result is also calculated by the different predicted equations that presented in this report and the result is also very close. It indicates that the predicted equations are reliable.en_US
