dc.description.abstract在現行消費性電子產品市場變化快速,如何在現有資源的限制下,使用較少的成本製造出品質較佳及生產時間較短的產品,以快速的將產品打入市場為各企業的營運目標,也因為市場變化快速,各企業便開始降低庫存以降低持有成本,因此工廠的準時達交率便成了最重要的課題。本研究乃藉由個案公司多年來在晶圓封裝生產模式不斷改善的過程,以探討瓶頸機台的產能擴充及充分利用系統資源以提高準時達交率。以期將研究結果推展應用於其他晶圓級封裝產業,所得結論如下:  利用限制理論對於生產線瓶頸機台持續改善  教育訓練強化持續實施。 關鍵字:限制理論、派工模式、晶圓封裝zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the current consumer electronics market changes quickly , how within the limits of available resources , use less cost to produce better quality products and short production time , to quickly bring products to market for all enterprises operating target , but also because of the rapid changes in the market , companies began to reduce inventory to reduce carrying costs , and therefore the plant on-time rate of pay has become the most important issue. This case study is by the company over the years in the course of wafer packaging production model of continuous improvement, to explore the production bottleneck tool can expand and make full use of system resources in order to improve on-time delivery rate. To take forward the findings apply to other wafer level packaging industry, the conclusions are as follows:  Use restriction theory for machine production line bottlenecks continue to improve.  Continuing education and training to strengthen implementation.
