dc.description.abstract | 本論文以超臨界水熱法合成三個新穎的磷酸鹽化合物Cs2Sn3O2(PO4)2(HPO4)2 (A1) 、 Cs4(Sn3O)2(PO4)6(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2(A2)和Cs2Ti3O2(PO4)2(HPO4)2 (A3)。借由單晶X光繞射法鑒定出化合物的晶體結構,同時用粉末X光繞射圖譜確定樣品純度以供後續分析,再使用X光能量散佈分析儀、紅外光譜儀對化合物進行一些定性的測量與分析。
化合物A1和A3分別為含銫的錫磷酸鹽與鈦磷酸鹽,是等結構的兩個化合物,由SnO6(TiO6)八面體、PO4四面體及HPO4四面體以頂點連接的方式形成三維骨架結構,結構中存在沿a軸方向的十四員環通道。
化合物A2則與A1同為錫磷酸鹽,由於晶體質量的關係,由已解出的大致結構可以看出A2是一個二維層狀結構的化合物,SnO6八面體、PO4四面體、HPO4四面體及H2PO4四面體以共角方式相連形成較厚的層,Cs離子則分別位於層中通道和層間縫隙之中。化合物A1和A2為第一次利用超臨界水熱法合成的鹼金屬錫磷酸鹽。 | zh_TW |

Three new phosphates, Cs2Sn3O2(PO4)2(HPO4)2 (A1) 、 Cs4(Sn3O)2(PO4)6(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2(A2) and Cs2Ti3O2(PO4)2(HPO4)2 (A3), were synthesized by the supercritical hydrothermal method, and structurally characterized by powder and single X-ray diffraction. These compounds were further characterized by EDS and IR spectroscopy.
Compound A1 is a cesium-containing tin phosphate while compound A3 is a cesium-containing titanium phosphate. They are isostructural compounds. The crystal structure consists of SnO6 or TiO6 octahedron which connects PO4 tetrahedron and HPO4 tetrahedron via oxygen atoms to form a 3D framework. The fourteen-member channels are also formed along the a-axis.
Compound A2 is a cesium-containing tin phosphate too. It seems to be a 2D- layer structure in ab plane. SnO6 octahedron, PO4 tetrahedron, HPO4 tetrahedron and H2PO4 tetrahedron together form a thicker layer. The Cs+ cations are located at sites in the intralayer and interlayer regions. Compound A1 and A2 are the first cesium-containing tin phosphates synthesized by using the supercritical hydrothermal method. | en_US |
