dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the relationships among human resource management practices, employee organizational based self-esteem, employee engagement, and employee well-being. It is found that human resource management practices are positively related to employee organizational based self-esteem. Employee organizational based self-esteem is positively related to employee engagement. Employee organizational based self-esteem is found to be positively related to employee well-being. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed. | en_US |
