dc.description.abstract全球人口老化問題日趨嚴重,但是在醫療科技的驅使下,人類生命的時間得以延長,導致對於醫療器材的需求日益加深,這也是台灣政府與企業想要積極佈局的一片藍海。台灣醫療器材產業從早期的委託代工生產模式與低階技術產品的製造開始,近年來在產官學各方的努力之下,得以漸漸擺脫舊有之代工思維,積極朝向自主開發高階醫療器材的方向邁進。本研究針對台灣一家高階眼科醫材公司,透過全球眼科醫療器材產業的市場分析與未來發展趨勢,探討個案公司以創新技術策略與核心競爭力之優勢,及著眼於全球行銷規劃等多方佈局下,如何達成國際品牌之建立與公司永續經營的目的。並且,藉由個案公司的分析與探討,期望能提供台灣醫療器材產業之未來發展參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAt present the global has an aging of the population gradually and the situation also rather seriously than before. Due to the innovation of medical technology the human life is being longer in future. Therefore the medical device is becoming more important from now on and cause the Taiwan government and industry want to catch up with the trend for technology road-mapping of medical device. In recently Taiwan industry of medical device was throw away the OEM and low-level product and move toward to develop the advanced product of medical device. This study is focus on a local company of ophthalmological implantable device how to achieve the goal of international branding and sustainable business based on to develop the innovation strategy, core competence and global marketing. In addition according to the case study the result could provide the successful experience for Taiwan industry of medical device in the future.en_US
