zh_TW

Film, pop music and publishing and other key industries, to create Taiwan′s cultural and creative industry has become an international indicator, the film and television industry is considered to be the leader in promoting the cultural and creative industry, whether the government or private enterprises are very optimistic about the unlimited influence and new business opportunities brought by this industry, how to solve the problem of fundraising, the government has formulated relevant investment and financing policies and mechanisms. However, when it comes to investment between start-ups, cultural and creative undertakings and a small number of investors, it is mainly related to contract law, company law or criminal law derived from fraud, and it is more likely that the act of raising funds from the public may touch on the core of financial legal norms or securities and exchange law and other issues in addition to the aforementioned issues.
