| dc.description.abstract | 確保穩定金融秩序、消費者權益、及社會安定的背景下，政府正全力推動金融科技，期望我國金融科技能與世界接軌。但囿於法規及綜合考量下，目前我國P2P線上融資未另設專法且朝向與銀行共同合作。
本篇論文將首先區別Bank 3.0及金融科技之定義，深入探討金融科技的實質意義，並藉由分析國外P2P線上融資平台營運模式、關鍵風險、發展原因及運用大數據信用風險評等模型效益，融合作者本身經驗提出建議。
本研究之建議如下: (1) 運用科技簡化作業流程，提升客戶使用之便利與效率；(2) 運用科技強化貸款徵信之效度，降低逾期放款之產生；(3)經營策略新思維。期望能為我國未來金融科技發展做為參考。 | zh_TW |

To stable financial order, Taiwan′s government has dedicated to Fintech promotion, hoping that Taiwan′s banking and finance industry follow global fintech trends. Under the considerations of regulations, the government, however, has not to set up any regulations on P2P lending but wish banks work together.
This paper firstly clarified the difference between Bank 3.0 and Fintech along with in-depth discussion of the significance of Fintech. By analyzing the foreign P2P online financing platform operating model, key risks, development reasons and the use of big data credit risk assessment model efficiency , the integration of the author′s own experience to make some recommendations.
The research results are as follows: (1) the use of technology to simplify the operation process to enhance the convenience and efficiency of customer use; (2) the use of technology to enhance the validity of credit to reduce the occurrence of overdue loans; (3) business strategy new thinking. The findings of the research will contribute to future Fintech development. | en_US |
