| dc.description.abstract | 隨著科技快速發展以及行動裝置的普及，使用者對於傳輸的需求
量越來越高，用戶對於上網的品質也越來越要求，導致LTE 系統的
頻譜資源供不應求，3GPP 提出使用5GHz 的非授權頻譜(Unlicensed
Band)，將LTE 擴展到非授權頻譜(Unlicensed Band)使用，好滿足大
量使用者的需求速率。
而傳統的封包排程演算法(Packet Scheduling Algorithm)，如: PF、M-LWDF，在聚合非授權頻譜後，頻譜的使用並沒有彈性，因此，本
論文提出AHP 分配演算法用來分配資源區塊給使用者，該演算法在
分配資源區塊時會考慮到通道品質(Channel Quality Indicator, CQI)，依照各個LTE、LTE-U 使用者人數比例，以及使用者是否為
GBR(Guaranteed Bit Rate, GBR 保證位元率)使用者，計算出各個使用者的權重，再以權重大小來分配各個RB。最後模擬的結果將顯示相
較於其他方法，本論文所提出的方法能夠彈性分配頻譜資源又不失使
用者滿意度以及吞吐量。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | With the rapid development of technology and the popularity of mobile devices, the demand of transmission data rate has been increasing.
User are also demanding increasing quality of interment resulting in a storage of LTE system spectrum resources. Thus 3GPP proposed the use of 5GHz unlicensed band to extend LTE to Unlicensed Band in order to meet the needs of a large number of users.
While the traditional packet scheduling algorithms, such as: PF,M-LWDF. Offer some flexibility after the aggregation of the unlicensed spectrum, the use of the spectrum is not flexible. Therefore, this paper proposes an AHP distribution algorithm for allocating resource blocks to users. This algorithm takes into account channel quality when allocating resource blocks. Depending on the number of LTE, LTE-U users, and whether the user is a GBR user, calculate the weight of each user, and then allocate each RB with a weight. The results of the final simulation will show that the proposed method can flexibly allocate spectrum resources without compromising user satisfaction and throughput
