dc.description.abstract本「客家文化生活圈營造」之行動研究,以桃園市楊梅區永揚社區為範圍,從2011年桃園縣社區規劃師駐地輔導計畫,由一群社區規劃師以「喚起記憶的起點~永寧里集會所閒置空間改善計畫」開啟永揚社區營造為起始,與社區成員展開社區營造,以客家生活環境空間營造推動策略,藉著從學術理論的支持、政治環境的配合,以及俗民社會的實踐等諸多條件的整合,結合社區影響力,從田野調查盤點社區之文化地景,包括生活聚落、客家信仰空間、客家歷史文化空間、產業經濟空間;及文化活動包括客家民常生活、民俗節慶、文化資產等為主要範疇。再彙整地方資源及SWOT分析,透過行動研究歷程所提出的觀察、反省及發現的問題,藉由多面向的社區學習,鼓勵社區居民參與,使文化地景與文化活動互為表裡、相輔相成,重現永揚社區之客家文化風華,建立「客家文化生活圈」體驗區。 研究中從永揚社區內之挑擔古道、客家老屋、伯公文化、老樹生態等生活空間之文化聚點,以「文化地景」為切入點,以社區伯公節慶與產業收冬為「文化活動」連結「文化地景」,將原有的客家生活、生態元素召喚回來,營造客家文化社區感,藉由具體的行動來增進社區中人與人、人與環境之間的聯繫,以促進社區居民人際關係的經營,和生活福祉的創造。在行動研究中,研究者與社區營造的領導人、參與的團隊都是實務工作的夥伴,在實務工作中試驗想法,以「客家文化生活圈營造」之概念,作為改善現狀及增進知識的手段,以行動導引著研究的進行,研究者與社區營造者都抱持著一種投入與熱忱的心態,來對待他們正在進行的工作,以實現自己的理想。 這種客家文化生活圈營造之概念,從修復地景的硬體建設,到攪動人文的各類活動,從人文地景認識客家生活、客家文化的變遷,藉此讓社區居民認識客家,認同客家,甚至能體驗客庄生活,達到客家文化意識的建構,以及客家族群永續發展,藉此推展結合客家社區生態景觀、客家農村生活、客家歷史發展的客家文化觀光體驗,應是客家社區重建生機的契機。zh_TW
dc.description.abstract The action research of “Hakka Culture Living Environment Development Project” focused Yangmei district of Taoyuan city, where the Taoyan County Community Planners project begins with the “Yongyang community building activities: unused space of Yongning club improvement plan” proposed by a group of community planners working together with community residents. With the strategy of Hakka living environment promotion and given the support of academic theory, political environment, folk society and community force, the field studies of community cultural landscape includes villages, Hakka belief, historical culture and economic space, as well as the cultural activities inclusive of daily life, folk festivals and cultural assets. Through the action research, the observation, reflection and discovery of the problem, and multi-oriented community learning, the community residents are encouraged to participate in the actvities aiming for mutual cultural landscape and cultural activities, to reproduce the brilliant Yongyang community Hakka culture, and build up the Hakka Culture Circle experience area. The study starts with the cultural gatherings of the living space in the Yongyang community, such as the ancient trail, the Hakka old house, the grand uncle culture and the old tree ecology, linking the “cultural activities” with “cultural landscape” through grand uncle festival and the winter closing activities, to call back the original Hakka life and ecological elements and create a sense of Hakka cultural community. The enhancement of the connection between human and environment is expected to improve the community interpersonal relation and create well-being of life. In the action research, the researchers, the leaders of the community together with the team members are all working partners trying out ideas in actual activities, embracing the concept of “Hakka life community circle” aiming to improve status quo and enhance knowledge. Leading by actions, the researchers and the builders of the community are all fully committed to the ongoing project to achieve their ideals. The concept of Hakka cultural life circle includes the landscape restoration and the cultural activities. The cultural landscape helps the community residents to know the Hakka life and the changes of the Hakka culture, so they would recognize Hakka, and experience Hakka life, achieving the construction of the Hakka cultural awareness and sustainable development of Hakka ethnic groups. The promotion of the Hakka cultural sightseeing tour experience in combination of the community ecology landscape, the Hakka rural life and the Hakka historical development, should be the opportunity of rebuilding Hakka community.
