| dc.description.abstract | 桃園市於103年12月25日正式升格為直轄市，其道路挖掘案件數量每年亦達約9,000件，本研究將針對桃園市各管線單位於執行道路挖掘管路埋設工程時，如何以手機APP結合資訊管理系統，同時將三級品質管理制度精神導入的方式進行結合；透過科技結合的運用方式，以更有效及便利掌握資料及現場施工品質，同時利用該建置資料之完整性來進行桃園市智慧城市之應用。長遠來看，該資料不僅可於桃園市在推動公共設施管線資料庫建置時，提供管線單位及現場施工人員更友善及執行之環境，避免挖損，有效提升管路埋設工程品質，更可減少外業人力資源浪費，提升政府為民服務之效能。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Taoyuan City was formally upgraded to a municipality directly under the Central Government on December 25, 2010. The number of road excavation cases is also about 9,000 pieces per year. This study will examine how to integrate mobile phone APP and information management system when implementing various road construction projects in Taoyuan City. At the same time the spirit of the three quality management system into a combination of ways; through the use of science and technology combined with more effective and convenient grasp of information and on-site construction quality, while using the integrity of the construction data to conduct Taoyuan City Smart city application. In the long run, this information can not only provide a more friendly and environment-friendly environment for pipeline units and on-site construction workers in Taoyuan City while promoting the construction of a public utility pipeline database, avoid digging losses and effectively improve the quality of pipeline laying projects, Reduce the waste of human resources in the field and enhance the effectiveness of the government in serving the people. | en_US |
