This thesis firstly reviews the changes of the outsourcing purpose and evolution and outsourcing management trends in the literature, and then compares the changes in the outsourcing management model of case companies and the future needs of data and systematization in order to make outsourcing management more comprehensive and more efficient. Through case studies, we understand the case company′s use of data systematization, and discuss its advantages with four major performance-oriented aspects: time, quality, quantity, and cost, and prove that this trend is in the right direction.
