dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the impact of restricting the trading target of farmhouses on the farmhouses in Yilan County and through the construction of farmhouses that were built after the Republic of China in September 104 to repair agricultural land. The research time of this paper is from January to December of the Republic of China for a total of 5 years, to the northern part of Lanyangxi North District of Yilan County: Toucheng Township, Jiaoxi Township, Yilan City, Yuanshan Township, Zhuangwei Township and Lanyang River South District of Yilan County:Luodong Town, Suao Town, Sanxing Township, Wujie Township and Dongshan Township house prices were used as the research targets, and the Hedonic Price Method was used to analyze the impact of these characteristics on housing prices. After empirical analysis, the longer the estimated age of the farmhouses and houses in Yilan County, the longer the value of the coefficient indicates that the larger the age of the property, the smaller the value of the building is.
