dc.description.abstract在全球競爭激烈且迅速變化的環境中,如何有效率與快速的生產是全球各企業所必須重視的議題。在提升企業競爭力及優化製程流程的同時,如果沒有辦法發掘找出問題,實施有效對策,將會淪落為無效的改善活動,若能正確使用PDCA循環與DOE實驗設計方法於整個改善活動中,就能夠明顯提升組織整體應變能力與彈性製造能力。本研究主要在製程流程中導入此兩大手法,進一步探討如何改善組織的生產活動,找出有風險的製程流程,避免產生失敗成本,同時提升整個改善活動效率,增加企業的競爭力。   在PDCA循環與DOE實驗設計方法的概念中,PDCA循環著重於找出問題,確認問題,執行改善及持續改善等步驟,DOE實驗設計則專注找出問題真因,並從根本著手改善。本研究目的在於探討如何透過結合此兩大方法論,所得到持續改善精神及架構,並將其應用在實作之中。主結構是以PDCA循環為基礎,來發現製程流程瑕疵之處,進而思考有效改善對策,最後再給予標準化,確保後續確實的管理與執行。本研究將以某公司為案例,探討此兩大手法執行步驟,並說明其相關應用工具,改善方式,以及對於組織整體改善的效益與貢獻。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs globalization affects competition between enterprises, ways to make production fast and efficient has been an important issue to enterprises around the world. While enterprises are trying to optimize and improve its competitiveness, it will be meaningless if there is no effective strategies or solutions being applied in the process. Therefore, by applying PDCA Cycle and DOE Experiential Design Method, the process would be more organized and the production resilience and flexibility will be elevated. This research is emphasizing on the application of above-mentioned methods and further discussing on how to improve productivity in organization while discovering risk and preventing losing of costs as to enhance the competitive of enterprises. The concepts of PDCA Cycle and DOE Experiential Design Method is different as PDCA Cycle focuses on problem-finding, confirmation, continuous improvement and execution et cetera. While DOE Experiential Design Method, on the other hand, focuses on discovering actual causes of the problem and improve productivity from foundation. The objectives of the research are to combine these two theories and apply them in actual framework of production line. To be precise, PDCA Cycle is the basic main frame in discovering flaws in production and providing solutions and standardization as followed. A case study is implemented in this research as to show examples on application tool, ways of improvement and to display contributions to the entire organization when those two theories are applied.en_US
