dc.description.abstract台灣產業經歷專業代工全盛時期、大規模外移時期、現已發展為以服務為導向的製造服務業時期。面對環境劇烈變化,傳統中小企業應如何維持其原有經濟規模,並持續創造附加價值,以獲得更多顧客的喜愛,在競爭激烈的市場中取得一席之地,是每一個企業都當重視的課題。 本研究以個案研究法,探討一家位於台灣中南部的食品加工廠,2012年轉型為觀光工廠,以此實例說明企業轉型帶來的營運成效。同時以五力分析、SWOT分析探討個案公司之零售通路和商用通路各自競爭優劣勢,並給予不同的經營策略建議。在者,2016年個案公司進行ISO 22000食品安全系統建制,作為品質策略的升級方式,本研究說明ISO系統導入前後作業流程的差異性,以及實質效益和管理上所帶來的影響。 個案公司從企業轉型及品質升級的兩次變革中,為企業帶來經營管理和品質提升的成效如下:(一) 企業轉型部份,觀光工廠為傳統經營模式開啟了新的成長動能,是傳統製造工廠轉型成功的案例之一。以五力分析、SWOT分析得出零售通路和商用通路各自內部優劣勢及外部威脅機會之狀態,並得出各自銷售策略的規劃建議。(二) 品質升級部份,導入ISO 22000食品安全管理系統為企業帶來的內部成效為強化組織能耐、確保產品品質、有效成本控制、提升生產力及員工向心力;外部成效為宣示捍衛食品安全健康的態度以及營造企業品牌形象的正面力量。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAfter Taiwan traditional industries have experienced eras of professional OEM and Industrial globalization, service-oriented manufacturing services become the theme now. In order to obtain more customers′ interests and gain a place in highly competitive markets and face the drastic changes of the global environment, how should Taiwan small and medium enterprises maintain their original economic scale and continue to create extra values? It is an issue which every local enterprise should value considerably. A case study, a food processing factory, located in Southern Taiwan transformed to a tourism factory in 2012 is performed, to demonstrate the effectiveness of those industrial transformations. In this case, the respective advantages and disadvantages of the companies′ B2C and B2B model are carefully measured using five-force analysis and SWOT analysis, and the various business strategies are recommended accordingly. In addition, to further enhance their quality strategy, the company developed the ISO 22000 food safety management system in 2016. Hence, the differences in the operational processes before and after the introduction of the ISO system, as well as the actual benefits and management impacts are also discussed. With the results of the enterprise transformation and the quality system upgrades, the benefits we can see : (1) for the enterprise transformation, the business mode of the tourism factory brings new growth opportunities and is a success case of the manufacturing transformations. Using five-force analysis and SWOT analysis, we explore various B2C and B2B sales strategies and advise them their internal advantages and disadvantages, or external threats and opportunities. (2) for the quality upgrading strategy section, ISO 22000 food safety management system brings significant positive impacts to the company. There are many corporate benefits of the upgrade, such as enhanced organizational capabilities, assurance of product quality, cost control, productivity enhancement and higher employee morale. Furthermore, their solid ownership of food safety and health is well exhibited and a positive brand image of the company is established to the market.en_US
