dc.description.abstract	本研究以訪問及資料收集的方式，探討天災對光電業財務結構調整的影響，並以個案公司於天災前後的財務操作，探討其背景、調整過程，企業所經歷的挫折與因應方式，諸如銀行授信考量與實際作業方式的差異如何影響企業融資決策；信評不佳的公司如何以無擔保公司債取得融資以及如何進行債權展延；大股東在財務結構調整過程中扮演的角色等財務調整過程。並探討不同關係人如大股東、公司經營層、主管機關、授信的金融機構的考量關鍵與角色衝突。亦嘗試描述外部市場因素如何影響個案公司與授信銀行對於決策的選擇。	zh_TW
dc.description.abstract	Through interviews and data analysis, the research reveals how natural disasters affect the financial structural adjustment of a company in TFT-LCD industry. In this case study we review, the following aspects: (1) the financial management of the company in theory and practice. (2) how credit operations of different bank influence the financing strategies of the company? (3) how a low-credit-score company obtain financing and apply for debt reform with unsecured cooperate bond? (4) what did role the major shareholders take during the process of financial structural adjustment? (5) what different considerations do the major shareholders, company managers, government authorities, and the banks hold before and after the natural disaster? (6) how markets facts have an influence on the company’s and the bank’s strategies taken by the company and banks?	en_US
