dc.description.abstract本論文主要目的為研究永磁同步馬達弱磁控制技術,探討永磁同步馬達 的特性,使用表貼式永磁同步馬達做為驅動,相較於使用六步方波控制的馬 達來說,由於永磁同步馬達使用弦波驅動,因此其轉矩輸出的順滑度較好。 另外,為了符合高轉速的需求,須將永磁同步馬達操作於弱磁區,使其符合 高速需求。本文在定轉矩區使用每安培電流最大轉矩控制法則,在過了基速 2500RPM 後,到達定功率區間則採用超前角弱磁控制,此區間若沒有採用弱 磁控制策略的話,則速度將無法獲得提升,反之,若採弱磁控制策略的話, 則能將馬達轉速再提升至4000RPM。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this thesis is to study the field weakening control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motors, and to discuss the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motors. Surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors are used as drivers. Compared with motors using six-step square wave control, the permanent magnet synchronous motor uses sine wave drive, so the smoothness of the torque output is better. In addition, in order to meet the requirements of high speed, the permanent magnet synchronous motor must be operated in the field weakening area to make it meet the high-speed requirements. In this thesis, the maximum torque control rule per ampere current is used in the constant torque area. The lead angle field weakening control is used after reaching the constant power area after the rated speed 2500RPM. If the field weakening control strategy is not used in this area, the speed will not be increased. On the contrary, if the field weakening control is adopted, the motor speed can be increased to 4000RPM.en_US
