dc.description.abstract基於欲實現智慧工廠的需求日益增多,快速實現系統功能,在交期之內,交付客戶,成了一大挑戰。本研究提出階層式模組化的工作表單系統設計,使用MIAT系統設計方法論,按照IDEF0階層式、模組化設計,進行Grafcet離散事件建模,以及系統軟體高階合成,來開發加工產業的客戶客製專案表單系統。本研究以四套客製專案來驗證此一方法論。我們記錄這四套專案的開發時間、計數程式碼行數、執行測試項目、回饋偵錯時間的記錄,比較MIAT系統設計方法論與傳統系統開發方式的差異,實際驗證結果顯示,程式碼編撰平均可以減少20%,開發工作天減少30%,測試負擔減輕20%,偵錯花費時間少一半。實驗結果也顯示,當系統複雜度越高,使用MIAT系統設計方法論開發效益越顯卓越。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractBase on the increasing demand of Intelligent Factory, to achieve rapid system function, customer delivery in due date, become a major challenge. This study represents Hierarchical and modular work form system design, using the MIAT system design methodology, Grafcet discrete event modeling and high-level synthesis of system software to develop customized project system in the processing industry according to IDEF0 hierarchical and modular design. This study uses four types of customize project to validate this methodology. We have record their development time, the number of program code lines, the execution of test items and feedback debugging record, compare the difference between the MIAT system design methodology and traditional development method, the result shows that the code compiling average can be reduced 20%, development working days can be reduced 30%, test burden can be reduced 20%, debugging time can reduced half percentage. The experimental results also show that when the system complexity is higher, the development benefit of using the MIAT system design methodology is more efficient.en_US
