dc.description.abstract本文主旨在於藉由近代美國政治哲學家羅爾斯的《正義論》來探討現今我國國小階段之教育正義及公平教育的相關議題。「正義」是人類獨有的感受能力,也是人們極為重視的問題。筆者嘗試以哲學思考的角度採文獻回顧與分析解讀之研究法來探討教育正義的議題,並就我國現行相關之教育制度及法令、再加上教育現場的實例進行觀察反思。然因教育的層面廣泛,無法逐一探討。筆者選擇以教學現場較常被提出之跟「公平」、「正義」相關的議題進行討論,涉及的主題有:特殊教育及弱勢族群、常態編班、分組學習與補救教學、人際關係及霸凌議題、少數服從多數、性別平等、班級經營等,作為本研究的探索範圍。 《正義論》被公認為是二十世紀有關「正義」最偉大的著作;雖然其主要論述在於「政治正義」,但學校如同社會的縮影,學校教育正是孩子進入社會成為公民的前哨站。孩子在校所學的一切——無論是課業知識、人際相處技巧還是心理方面的能力,都是將來成為國家公民必須具備的基本能力。因此筆者試著藉由羅爾斯的《正義論》來探討國小教育所面臨的各種「公平」議題,希望能從其中獲得一些啓發,找出何為「公平正義」教育的前提條件,盼望日後能對孩子們的教育有所助益。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purport of this paper is to explore the issues related to educational justice and fair education in our country′s elementary education through the “A Theory of Justice” by the modern American political philosopher John Rawls. “Justice” is a unique ability of human beings and a problem in that people attach great importance. I try to explore the issue of educational justice from the perspective of philosophical thinking, adopting the methods of literature review, analysis and interpretation, observing and reflecting on the current education systems and national laws as well as concrete examples in the real educational situations. Yet because of the wide range of educational issues, it is impossible to discuss all of them. I have chosen to discuss the ones related to “fairness” and “justice” that are often proposed at the teaching site. Relating topics include: Special Education and Vulnerable Groups, Normal Class Grouping, Group Learning and Remedial Teaching, Interpersonal Relationships and School Bullying Issues, Majority Rules, Gender Equality, Class Management, etc., all these belong to the scope of this study. “A Theory of Justice” is recognized as the greatest work concerning justice in the twentieth century. Although the main discussion in this book is “political justice”, school is like a microcosm of society and school education is the outpost of children who will later enter society as citizens. Whatever a child learns at school—whether it is schoolwork, skills for interpersonal relationship, or psychological abilities—is the fundamental capacity that a citizen of the country must possess in the future. Therefore, I try to explore the various issues of fairness in the elementary education through Rawls’s “A Theory of Justice”. I wish to be inspired by it and try to find out what the presupposition of “fair and just education” is and to help the children’s education in the future.en_US
