dc.description.abstract本論文設計出一橋式訊號量測模組,可以量測各種橋式訊號,這裡用於量測荷重元,並以荷重元配合機構架設出一電子秤,並使用格子預測法達成加速讀值的功能。論文中將荷重元秤重系統考慮成一個一維二階的質量-阻尼-彈簧系統,將待測物投入的動作視為一個步階輸入訊號,利用格子濾波器鑑別出系統的動態參數,在利用格子預測法預測震盪系統的穩定收斂值。最後的實驗數據以平均法做為對照組,並比較它們的收斂所需時間、不同視窗大小下收斂時間、不同視窗大小下穩定後標準差做為精度的依據,證明格子預測法確實能達成加速讀值並同時提高精度。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this study, designed a bridge-type signal measurement module, which can measure all kind of bridge-type signal. Using the module to measure load cell. Built an electronic scale with load cell and predict the stable value by using new algorithm. The load cell system can be simplified as an one-dimension second-order spring-damper-mass system. Dropping an object into the system can be considered as an unit-step signal input. Using Lattice Filter algorithm to identify the system dynamic characteristics and Lattice’s form parameters, then predict the stable value of system by Lattice Predictor. Comparing with moving average method, the experiments and analysis show that the settling time of both algorithms and settling time in different window length then the standard deviation for proving the precision. The study proved that Lattice Filter and Lattice Predictor can make the readout faster and improve precision.en_US
