dc.description.abstract本研究探討金屬加工液(切削液)面對環境快速變遷、科技日新月異、環規日趨嚴苛狀況下,如何持續在新環境中續存,並對國內金屬加工液產業之結構變遷與新趨勢進行資料的蒐集與分析;透過SWOT分析及波特五力析找出金屬加工液業者之機會、威脅、優勢與劣勢。針對本個案公司分析顯示結果,植物性切削液在金屬加工業上除了節能與環保之外,還能提高產品品質,對人體較安全,是金屬加工製造業未來發展極為重要的環節。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis study explores how firms in metalworking fluids (cutting fluids) industry can survive in the face of rapidly changing environment, ever-improving technology and increasingly stringent environmental regulations. The structural change and new trends data in the industry were collected; SWOT Analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Analysis were utilized to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the case company – Company M. The results in this study indicate that the vegetable-oil based cutting fluid in the metal processing industry has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection. In addition, it can help clients to improve their product quality and promote human safety, which is extremely important for metal processing manufacturing industry.en_US
