| dc.description.abstract | 電腦科技產業是台灣的產業命脈之一，替台灣國民所得和進出口創造了可觀的收入，也是台灣被譽之為電腦王國的主要原因之一。不論是廣達、仁寶、和碩、緯創、英業達等上市公司有其重大的貢獻。在這全球分工的時代，台灣原始設計製造商(ODM)在台設計中國大陸製造上有其長足的發展和進步。以A公司為例如何在有限人力資源基礎上創造最大的商業價值。藉由ODM Phase Gate融合客戶和本身的資訊平台及研發管理流程，尋求更好的客戶滿意度，也做為雙方未來持續合作精進的基石。
本研究以ODM Phase Gate為研究對象，探討原始設計製造商(ODM)和原始品牌商(OBM)如何協作進行產品研發和生產協調。主要研究目的在於探討Ａ公司產品開發過程中原始設計製造商(ODM)和原始品牌商(OBM)目前使用ODM Phase Gate的情況。藉由對現況及滿意度的調查研究，提供給業界及產品管理從業人員對多邊合作機制的參考。
本研究發現如下：
一、 ODM Phase Gate系統對原始品牌商(OBM)和原始設計製造商(ODM)雙方從事新產品導入的工作人員有其重大的正面意義，特別是對雙方資深的人員更有助益。
二、 ODM Phase Gate系統對一個資淺的新產品導入從業人員而言，這個系統可以提供整套方案及工作準則。帮忙資淺的新產品導入從業人員快速就位。
三、 在整體分析後發現，一個共用的、完整的系統可以讓雙方在資訊的交流上更容易取得共識，減少雙方不良的溝通。間接提昇客戶滿意度，也就是說ODM Phase Gate被準確執行，客戶滿意度也會有所提昇。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Computer and science technology is one of the key industries in Taiwan and has made abundant revenue in imports and exports. Quanta, Compal, Pegatron, Wistron and Inventec make significant contributions on it and that is the reason why Taiwan is known as “Computer Kingdom”. In this global division generation, Taiwanese Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) makes long-term development and progress on designing in Taiwan and manufacturing in China. This study takes A company as an example to discuss how to maximize the profit with limited human resources, and integrate both customer’s and own information system and research and development management process by ODM Phase Gate in pursuit of higher customer satisfaction.
This study emphasizes on ODM Phase Gate to discuss how OBM and ODM cooperate on product development management and production coordination. The research purpose addresses the current situation how ODM and OBM adopt ODM Phase Gate through the survey of the degree of satisfaction and in hope of contributing this cooperation result to industries and product management practitioners.
Research findings:
1. ODM Phase Gate has important significance on employees who work on NPI projects especially seniors from both OBM and ODM sides.
2. As for junior NPI practitioners, this system can be a criteria to make themselves adjusted in the job sooner.
3. . After comprehensive analysis, an integral system leads to better consensus acquirement, misunderstanding reduction, and customer satisfaction increment. In other words, better ODM Phase Gate execution results in higher customer satisfaction. | en_US |
