dc.description.abstract磷酸鋰鐵LiFePO4正極材料製造業為電動車產業上游的材料供應端。以磷酸鋰鐵LiFePO4正極材料為主製成的鋰離子電池,因為其安全、循環壽命高與穩定電壓3.2V等特性,目前已成為電動車發展中一項不可或缺的重要因素。台灣政府在2010提出全力發展綠能產業,針對下游電動車與相關應用產品的市場,以及中游電池產業的發展;隔年中國大陸提出汽車產業十二五的規劃,大力扶植新能源電動車的發展;歐洲各國也相繼編列預算投入電動車的發展。這揭露出一個重要訊息:電動車電瓶所使用的正極材料將會受惠於此波潮流,市場需求在未來將持續增加;正極材料的選擇與供應將會是決定其產業發展的一個關鍵。本研究以台灣磷酸鋰鐵正極材料LiFePO4製造產業為主,探討其影響發展因素。研究方法使用DANP探討各構面/準則之間的相互影響關係與整體權重排序。透過文獻探討彙整七大評估構面與十六項評估準則,其研究結果顯示:(1) 構面中影響關係原因度最高的構面為「總體環境因素」;(2) 總體權重排序中「現有競爭者數目─國內」為最高的準則,其次為「現有競爭者數目─國外」、「市場上可供替代產品數量」、「替代品的相對價格表現」、「生產製造」與「研發管理」。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe LiFePO4 cathode material manufacturing industry is the most upstream material supply to the electric vehicle industry. Use LiFePO4 cathode material to make the lithium-ion battery which have been becoming a significant factor because of its own characteristics, safety, high cycle life and stable voltage in 3.2V etc. The Taiwan government proposed in 2010 to fully develop the green energy industry, especially for electric vehicle and related application products, as well as the midstream battery industry, including cell, pack and module; the China government proposed the 12th Five-Year Plan for electric vehicle in the following year. Many European countries have also budgeted for the electric vehicle. It reveals that the cathode materials used in batteries for electric vehicle will benefit from this trend, and drive market demand to increase in the future; the selection and supply of cathode materials will determine its industrial development. This research focus on the LiFePO4 cathode material manufacturing industry in Taiwan, by using the DANP method which combined Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) to explore its development factors. Seven attributes and sixteen criteria are selected in the questionnaire. The results indicate that: (1) the most influence attribute is “Macro-environment;” (2) in the global weight and ranking, comes the criteria “Number of existing competitors – domestic” in the first priority, followed by “Number of existing competitors – abroad,” “Number of substitute products available in the market,” “Relative price performance of substitute,” “Production management” and “Research and development management.”en_US
