dc.description.abstract	新創企業對於當地的就業、國家經濟有一定程度的影響。有穩定的企業才會有穩定的收入。有些國家為了鼓勵新創公司的設立，對於設立的條件、程序、花費等條件都給予放寬。為了探究不同國家間不同政策所帶來不同的經濟效果。本論文觀察139個國家在2010至2016間的追蹤資料為樣本，以世界銀行及國際透明組織提供的數據，加入控制變數所得區間國家及七大洲經濟體來做迴歸，用panel data 及Hausman Test來做分析。實證結果越簡便的設立程序對於創業的發展有顯著的相關性。	zh_TW
dc.description.abstract	New startups have a certain degree of influence on local employment and the national economy. A company will provide employees stable income. In order to encourage the establishment of new startups, some countries have relaxed conditions for the establishment of conditions, procedures, and expenses. In order to explore the impact of different policies between different countries. This paper observes 139 countries, using the tracking data from 2010 to 2016. Resources information comes from The World Bank and The International Transparency Organization, with control variables (four income groups and seven economic regions). Using panel data and Hausman Test to analysis. The empirical result finds out that the simpler establishment of startups has a significant impact to the development of entrepreneurship.	en_US
